These terms apply to CopyTik at copytik.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. Questions can be sent to [email protected].

The service

CopyTik offers AI video templates that turn uploaded photos into videos without requiring you to write a prompt, plus video download and analysis tools. Template availability, input requirements, credit costs and output settings are shown before generation. Examples illustrate a template; your result may differ. CopyTik is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party platform or model provider.

Accounts

Keep access to your sign-in account secure. You are responsible for requests made through your account. We may restrict misuse, fraud, repeated policy violations or interference with the service. Welcome credits are promotional credits, not cash, and are limited by the offer shown when you register.

Credit purchases and delivery

Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. The checkout shows the amount and currency payable, including applicable taxes as displayed by the payment provider. Purchased credits are credited to the signed-in account after the payment is verified by our backend; closing the checkout page alone does not prove payment failed.

Credits are service units for eligible CopyTik features. They are not currency, cannot be withdrawn as cash and cannot be transferred between accounts. The cost of the selected template is shown before you submit a generation. Any expiry conditions must be disclosed before purchase; the current packs do not display an expiry date.

Payments are processed through the provider identified at checkout, such as Creem or Waffo Pancake where available, under the applicable checkout terms. Purchase questions and refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy, the checkout terms and applicable consumer rights.

Generation and failed requests

Submitted generations can be queued or processed asynchronously. You can check their status in My creations. We may screen or reject content under the Acceptable Use Policy. The text moderation endpoint evaluates generation instructions, not uploaded photos.

If a generation is confirmed as failed, its reserved credits are returned automatically. A pending request, connection interruption or unconfirmed provider response is not automatically treated as failure; please contact support with the creation ID rather than submit duplicate requests. A credit return does not itself refund a card payment.

AI outputs can be inaccurate and may not reproduce identities, movements, audio or a reference video exactly. We do not guarantee virality, a particular artistic result, endorsement by a platform, or exclusive rights in an AI output.

Uploaded and downloaded content

Only upload photos or submit video links when you have the necessary rights and permissions. Obtain permission to use another person's likeness. Do not use the service to impersonate someone deceptively, violate privacy, infringe intellectual property, or bypass a platform's access restrictions.

You retain any rights you have in your inputs. You permit CopyTik and its service providers to process and store those inputs as needed to fulfill your requests and maintain your creations. Generated and downloaded material may include third-party rights; access to the tool does not grant rights in someone else's content, music, trademarks or likeness.

Availability, responsibility and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service, but interruptions and provider restrictions can occur. Save a copy of videos you want to keep; the site is not a permanent archival service. We may change future templates or prices, with the applicable cost shown before a new request or purchase.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited. We are responsible as required by applicable law; the service is otherwise provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability or a particular result. If access is suspended, contact support about unresolved payments and any rights relating to unused paid credits.
