Payments and credits

Include your purchase email and payment order or receipt ID. Tell us whether the issue is a missing credit purchase, duplicate charge or refund request. See the Refund Policy for how purchase issues are handled.

Generation problems

Include the creation ID from My creations, the template name, and a short explanation of the problem. A queued or pending creation may still finish; avoid submitting duplicates while it is being checked.

Privacy and content reports

For data access, correction or deletion requests, contact us from an email associated with your account where possible. For unauthorized likeness use, copyright concerns or prohibited content, include the relevant page or creation ID and a description of your concern.

Do not email passwords, full card details, verification codes or API keys. We may ask for additional information needed to verify ownership or investigate your request.
