Acceptable Use Policy

Use CopyTik only for lawful, authorized creative work. These rules apply to photos, reference media, instructions, generation results and downloaded material.

Content and conduct we prohibit

• Sexual exploitation of children, sexualized depictions of minors, or any attempt to create such material.
• Pornographic or explicit sexual content, non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual deepfakes of real people.
• Deceptive impersonation, fraud, scams, fabricated endorsements, or harmful misuse of a person's identity or likeness.
• Harassment, hate, threats, extremist promotion, graphic abuse, or content that facilitates serious harm.
• Uploading or distributing material without the required copyright, privacy or likeness permissions.
• Bypassing access restrictions, obtaining private videos without permission, evading safeguards, automating abusive requests, or using multiple accounts to exploit welcome credits.

How requests are checked

Generation instructions are screened through Creem's text Moderation API before model submission. A deny or flag decision blocks the request; a failed check does not permit the request to bypass screening. This is a text check, not an image or video inspection service. Model providers may impose additional checks and restrictions.

We may reject requests, remove access to violating content, or suspend misuse. Please report suspected abuse or unauthorized use of your likeness to [email protected], including the relevant page or creation ID and enough information for us to investigate. Do not send sensitive source images unless support requests them through an appropriate channel.
