What we process

Account identifiers and profile information needed for sign-in, provided through Clerk. Our application uses your Clerk user identifier to associate your account, credits and creations.
Photos you upload, template choices, generation status, generated videos and technical errors needed to provide the service. Upload processing removes photo EXIF metadata, including embedded GPS metadata, before generation.
Credit balances, welcome-credit grants, purchase records, payment event identifiers and credit transactions. The payment provider identified at checkout (Creem or Waffo Pancake, where available) processes checkout; CopyTik does not receive or store your full card number or card security code.
Video links submitted to the downloader or analysis tools, and the media needed to fulfill those requests.
Technical logs, browser/device information, and usage information when analytics are enabled. We use these to operate the site, diagnose failures and prevent misuse.

How your photos and videos are used

Uploaded photos are used to produce the video you request. Our generation gateway, ZenMux, and the selected model provider, currently MiniMax, receive the reference media and the generation instructions needed to process the request. We do not promise that provider processing is instantaneous, that all photos will be accepted, or that every output will exactly reproduce a person's appearance.

Our text-content check sends generation instructions to the configured screening provider, Creem or Waffo, before model submission. That endpoint evaluates text; it does not inspect the uploaded photos. Provider safeguards may also reject a request.

AI input photos and completed AI videos are stored in private Supabase storage. Access to completed creations is checked against your account and delivered through temporary signed links. Public sample media shown on template pages is separate from your private creations. Downloader media may be processed and stored through a separate delivery/storage service; do not use the downloader to submit private or confidential third-party material.

Service providers and international processing

We use Clerk for authentication, Supabase for database and AI media storage, Creem or Waffo Pancake for payments and Creem or Waffo for text moderation, ZenMux and model providers for generation, and Vercel/Render for hosting. Downloader delivery may use S3-compatible storage. Enabled analytics services also receive the technical information required for their operation. These providers may process information outside your country under their own terms and privacy policies.

Storage and retention

We retain account and creation data to provide your credit balance, generation history, playback and downloads. There is currently no automatic 24-hour deletion rule for saved creations or photos referenced by saved generation jobs. Unreferenced failed uploads can be cleaned up separately.

During checkout, the browser can save a local photo draft to restore your selection for up to 24 hours. Clear this website's browser storage to remove a local draft. This draft-restoration window is not a promise that server-side media is deleted after 24 hours.

Purchase, credit and payment records may need to be kept for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes and applicable obligations even when other account information is deleted. Copies held by service providers and backups may follow different retention periods.

Your choices and requests

You can contact [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion of your data, or to raise a privacy concern. We may ask you to verify account ownership before acting. Requests are handled subject to applicable rights and any records we must retain. The site does not currently offer a self-service bulk deletion tool for stored creations.

We use authentication and essential site cookies/local storage. You can control non-essential tracking through your browser settings; blocking essential storage can prevent login or checkout restoration. The service is not designed for children, and users must meet the age and consent requirements that apply where they live.

Changes

We will update this page when our processing changes. Material changes will be communicated through the website or another appropriate channel.
